We are seeking a high-performing Senior Salesforce Services Sales Manager to drive new logo acquisition across the US market. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales cycle, focused on selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new logos across mid-market and enterprise accounts
Sell Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce AEs and the partner ecosystem
Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in enterprise technology services sales
3+ years of experience selling Salesforce services in the US market
Demonstrated success closing mid-market and enterprise deals
Strong network and relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem
Self-motivated hunter mindset with strong pipeline ownership
Compensation (Base + OTE)
Base Salary: Approximately $95K (flexible based on experience and profile)
OTE: Highly competitive and uncapped
Commission Structure:
5% on the first $1M
7% on $1M–$3M
10% on revenue above $3M
Large Deal Bonus: Additional 1–2% on any single deal of $1M+
No commission caps – higher performance directly translates into higher earnings
