Dent Society – Outside Sales Representative (DFW Metroplex)

Dent Society is a premium, permanent auto hail repair company expanding across DFW. We’re hiring experienced outside sales professionals who want full control over their income and are comfortable being paid based on performance.

This is a field-based, door-to-door role. If you’ve sold solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, telecom, or any high-ticket service, this opportunity will feel familiar.

What You’ll Do

• Identify hail-damaged vehicles in the field
• Speak directly with vehicle owners
• Explain our zero-out-of-pocket repair process
• Schedule repair appointments
• Maintain basic follow-up and CRM notes

Compensation

• Commission-only (uncapped)
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Per-job advance paid upfront
• Strong performers regularly earn $100K–$300K+ annually
• Top reps exceed that based on volume and consistency

What We’re Looking For
