The Opportunity: Your Role and Impact
As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of our growth and the first point of contact for our future clients. This is not a micromanaged role; it's a strategic position where you will be empowered to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting targeted outreach to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Managing the entire sales process, from the initial prospect consultation to the final project handoff to our technical team.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas by effectively communicating our value proposition and closing deals.
- Working anywhere in the US with the freedom and flexibility to manage your own schedule.
Your Path to Success: Compensation and Autonomy

- Exceptional, Uncapped Earning Potential: This is a commission-only role with no cap on what you can earn. Our minimum commission is $2,500 USD per site sale, with no ceiling for top performers.
- Strategic Support: Our business owner, a skilled engineer, is transitioning out of sales to focus on the technical aspects of the business. This means you will have a dedicated, knowledgeable resource to support your efforts, not a manager who competes with you. We provide all the tools you need to build your pipeline and ensure your success, including customer-facing presentations and a history of positive client testimonials.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Evidence of successful sales campaigns in tech or web-related fields.
- A persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A tenacious and self-motivated work ethic with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like Local SEO and web development.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of software like Notion, Google Suite, and Ghost CMS.
