KXLA (Channel 44) is a full-power broadcast television stations in Los Angeles, reaching ~18.5 million viewers and ~6.5 million TV households in the #2 U.S. media market.
We are seeking experienced, commission-driven sales professionals to sell long-form programming blocks (30, 60-minute, and 24/7 airtime) across our primary channels and subchannels.
This is a high-ticket, relationship-driven sales role focused on closing deals with:
Content owners
Religious broadcasters
Ethnic/international programmers
Direct response / long-form advertisers
What You’ll Do:
Source and close new programming partners
Sell monthly/annual airtime packages
Leverage your existing relationships and network
Compensation:
Commission-only (1099)
15–25% per deal (typical deal = $9K–$15K commission)
No cap on earnings
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in paid programming, DRTV, syndication, or media sales
Existing relationships with programmers or content distributors
Self-starter with strong closing ability
