Role Description
The Client Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting the right pet. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, managing inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The Executive will handle communications with customers, maintain relationships, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience to support the adoption process.
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in sales (mandatory)
Sales expertise including client relationship management, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Demonstrate impeccable professional conduct and maintain a polished, client-ready appearance at all times.
Take full ownership of the sales journey - identifying quality leads, guiding customers with clarity and confidence, and closing high-value conversions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience in handling inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing tailored recommendations
Empathy and passion for animals and understanding of pet ownership responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
