We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to support revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on generating business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions across key industries such as Information Technology, Engineering, and Finance. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts across target industries
Engage with key decision-makers including HR, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and Executives
Generate job orders for direct hire and contract staffing opportunities
Develop and manage strategic referral partnerships with professionals, consultants, and vendors
Promote and expand participation in the company’s referral program
Convert referral leads into active client opportunities
Conduct discovery calls to assess client hiring needs and business challenges
Present tailored staffing solutions aligned with client requirements
Close new business deals and negotiate service agreements
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services is strongly preferred
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote, commission-based environment
