We are a tech consulting 'boutique' Company based in Switzerland, and we're looking for an independent sales contractor to help us close tech projects.
This is a performance-based role where earnings are tied directly to closed deals. No caps. We are willing to provide 20% commission based on project closed.
What You’ll Be Selling
Project implementations based on Microsoft technologies, typically priced between $40,000 and $400,000, including:
Artificial Intelligence projects (Microsoft Copilot Studio + Foundry)
Business applications (Microsoft Power Apps, PowerAutomate)
Data Analytics (Microsoft PowerBI, Synapse)
Compensation Structure
Revenue share per closed project
Paid in two stages:
After client deposit
After project completion

Who This Is For
Comfortable speaking with business owners and C positions.
Specialist in outbound calls, promoting Ulises, qualifying leads and discussing budget
Strong performance-based and goal-oriented mindset.
Fluent English speaker. German and/or French, are a plus.
Our target markets are US, UK, Canada, Australia, Nordics, Germany and of course Switzerland. We are open to opportunities in other Countries only if they can pay for Swiss services.
