We’re hiring a Lease Negotiations Manager to convert VA-sourced landlord/property manager leads into signed master leases for subleasing. You’ll handle calls, negotiate rent/concessions/deposits/clauses, manage LOIs/redlines, and drive deals to e-signature—ownership only provides capital and final approval.
Requirements
2+ years in leasing, brokerage, property management, or acquisitions
Strong contract review & closing skills
Persuasive communicator with proven negotiation ability
Comfortable working with landlords/PMs across U.S. time zones
Familiarity with CRM & e-signature tools preferred
Compensation
Commission-only to start: You’ll earn a percentage per signed lease. Typical lease values range $800–$2,000/month.
After proven results: transition to monthly base + commission, with tiered bonuses for volume and negotiated savings.
